The coin is Austrian a 20 Kreuzer made in Vienna (mint mark A below the bust). This was the last year of issue and of the Emperor Ferdinand's rule.

The original issue was over 13 million making it one of the more common 20 Kreuzers. It is 583 fine silver one of those oddball alloys and the actual silver content is 0.125 (an eighth of an ounce).

I know of very few collectors interested in the US anyway.

PS: Hint - Russian coins use the Cyrillic alphabet.

Abbreviations:

AVSTR = Austria
HVNG = Hungary
BOH = Bohemia (Current Czech Republic)

These are commonly found on Austrian Empire Coins.
Correct me if I am wrong.

Russia, Ukraine, Bulgaria, among other countries/territories,
use variations of this basic alphabet.

A few of these letters came from ancient Greek!
