Possible 1923 Lincoln Memorial Cent / LMC Doubled Die Obverse / DDO Error...

I'm having lighting issues right now trying to get some good detail but to describe it: 2 has doubling as seen in the pic + on the bottom of it but not all the way to the end of the straight part. 3 has extending 3 just west of the bottom curve. Bottom of 3 has doubling possibly tripling. 3 has doubling on top of and in the bottom curve of the last "C" part. I know... not a great description...
