This piece is no less than VF-30 with a chance at a higher grade. That's a fine coin with a sharp reverse.

EDIT: Thanks to the experts for sharpening my grading of 20 cent pieces. =)

Maybe I was a bit hasty---Laurel leaves wear not that bad.

Way better than vf20.

If it doesn't grade at least vf30 (and possibly ef) at ICCS, I'll pay for the grading fee.

VF30 may even be EF in hand.
so much detail still left in the braid and laurels in particular ,and everywhere else in general.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

Thanks guys. I have a batch I will be sending out to ICCS next week. I'll let you know. It's my first time using them..... What kind of turnaround would one expect on say 20 coins?
