Check out this 1909 cent. It's a VDB. Can't tell if it has an S. Would be great if it did.

maybe not PMD, maybe a form of coin encasement.

No this is not PMD, most 1909 VBD's came with a dog I'm pretty sure.

That is one of the strangest things I've seen. Was this posted in the coins section on ebay or the dog's pooping odd things section? Not that I've ever been to that section... cause I haven't... lately.

Sort of. Came across a listing where the title said "eye pooping" detail. I was going to let the seller know, and to make sure there weren't any others, I searched for pooping coin. This came up.
