So, My son is nuts over the president dollars so I buy rolls from the bank..Only theres usually a mix of SBA dollars and Saca. dollars. I'm rummaging through a couple hundred dollars worth and find this sac. coin with a PERFECT circle on the front. Its pretty much all the way around and I cannot find any info....A new error? should I send it to be checked out? its only on the front of coin and appears under 50x mag to not be make by a person due to its symmetry and even smooth scratch...PLEASE help its driving me nuts

To the CCF!

Hard to say definitively without a pic. But, it sounds like Rolling Machine Damage. When a coin is mechanically rolled some times the machine can mar the surface of the coin on the end of the roll.

I have a few cents that I found but near the edge of the coin and seems to be formed when the coin was stamped. I need to find it in my possible error pile and take a photo for everyone.
