Thanks guys, I like the idea of making the labels so the album isn't so plain. Besides, if Canadian cents are in it, they should be recognized! I had to re-order two pages for the album so I still haven't been able to transfer the whole set into the album, but it's coming along.

Hey Skyshark, I'm new to this board. I was looking for a Canadian Cents album, and I'm really impressed with how you (and your brother) were able to label the album. Can you explain how to make those gold labels?

Jack jeckel if you are interested I could fill every hole in your album for you from 1940 up to 2012. I know it would take the fun out of searching, but if you are interested let me know and I'd be happy to help you out.

To make the labels, I basically had my brother's sign shop create them. Any sign and graphic company can do the labels. They are Brush Script font, and you'll have to play with the font size a bit, but it's usually around 54 point or so. The decal is Mirror Gold color. I bought a "Silver Rounds" album and had him make labels for "Copper Rounds" since I am using the album for both. I gave him the album and he was able to match the sizing pretty close to the original on the album itself. As far as the text inside the album, the numbers for dates are Futura 10 pt font. The wording like "CANADIAN CENTS" at the top of the pages is Stymie 12 pt. For the words, the font character spacing is expanded 3 pt. (if using Microsoft Word). For the labels themselves, I used Avery clear mailing labels 2/3" X 1 3/4" (number 18695). Print them, trim the labels as close as possible to the type you printed, and line it up and stick it on. If it'd help you out, shoot me an email with what you are looking for on the labels for the inside pages and I will see if I can come up with a template for you. As for the outside, all I can suggest is finding a good graphics company in your area. Hope this helps.

Skyshark124 - I really like your "Canadian Cents" decals. Any chance you would sell a set? I used the generic 1-1/4" album for my Canadian's, holds all of the large cents as well as the small cents, but is blank on the cover and spine.
