Found this in a junk box at a flea market today. Can't find it in Krause, so probably not a coin. Any info would be appreciated. It is 24mm in diameter.
It is very similar to a gambling token popular during the reign of George III, 1761-1820, and was known as a 'Spade Guinea'. Google 'George III tokens' and you will get more detailed information.
