Lots of small contact marks especially on the Buffalo's butt. Looks MS-63 to me.

This Buffalo is kind of tough to call, I'd go AU55. It's that stuff on the reverse that tells me it's been in contact with something other than coins. So I'm guessing it has a touch of light rub from a very short circulation period.
It is well struck up and that helps. But just can't seem to convince myself it's mint state from the photos.
