1945 Wheat-Strike Error?

The 4 is cut off on the top and is filled with a die chip and the 5 and trust look like they've been struck wrong or it's PMD, I'm just not sure!

Your coin has suffered from counting/rolling machine damage- notice how the damage on TRUST is in an arc parallel to the rim. Peripheral devices and the outer two digits of the date are the areas most frequently affected by counting/rolling machine damage.

Thank you I was waiting for someone on this one! That's all I could think of besides some form of strike error. Going into the 40s pile! Was the die chip in the 4 caused by this as well?

That is not a die chip, the top of the 4 was pushed downward from the damage.
