Also, When you look at this next picture, those sides are all different, which means this coins is off-centre. Does this mean it has more value to it? Those lines drawn above is differences between those spaces.

Hi jkb

Looks like it might be a Dryer Coin to me... that would explain the loss of detail all over and the missing reeding on the rim. The different widths of the rim looks to be within normal tolerances, so no, I wouldn't think that it would have extra value due to that.
