I'll be able to tell you but not from those pictures. You will need a shot that clearly shows the obverse rim beads and their orientation with the legends. Really needs to be out of the 2x2 for that.

Step One- Remove the coin from the 2x2 so good pics can be obtained. Step Two- There are many threads with this subject- Try using the search Engine on the left. Step Three- Return the coin to a nice fresh 2x2 with your own handwriting- Only then does it become "Your Coin." Buying the coin is only the first part of The Journey.

Chances are its an english obverse. The indian obverse is very very rare with the dropped one reverse.

The photos need to be outside of a 2x2, with a proper camera and need to be perpendicular to the coins surface, not at an angle.
A rough grading would be VF-EF but its hard to narrow it down with those pics. I think you did pretty well for $25 but would still love to see some decent photos.

Looks VF. I can see a full centre diamond but no 7th or 8th pearls.
At $25 you probably paid about the going rate.
