I have no idea what I'm doing and need help . My security shows legitimate sites and that is how I found your site. I would like to
find some help going through My Dad's old coins . I inherited after he passed several years ago. I will be very grateful for any information! The 1913 Lincoln Wheat cent I believe is a mint error it has a overlay of copper in a line under liberty and jagged edge around the cent, I have searched the internet and have not seen a picture like it .

From the picture you provided, I'll have to say it is just damaged. You can see where the rim of the coin was sheared off somehow and pushed upwards under Liberty.
