This was also $70.00 It is an oak cabinet with a heavy steel safe. The weight is over 100 lbs.

Love the safe, I would like that for myself. Also went to a flea market today, only found 2-1991 Canadian maple's and 2-engelhard 1 oz for $35 each. Did not buy since he would not go down in price

I think the safe was, by far, the best deal - very cool... a solid oak dresser alone would be a steal... let alone a safe inside!!
Thanks for sharing.

Do the Olympic coins in their original capsules sell for more than the silver value?
I think the loose $5.00 came from the bank without package originally. I read in Charltons that four of the Olympic 5 and 10 dollar coins were available loose from the bank.

I think they all came with the capsule, but like mine, I got them without boxes, but they were in capsules. Some of the capsules have since got broken or cracked. C'est la vie.

I cringed. Poor seller got ripped off majorly. No offense, but I don't respect anyone who buys silver for less than melt, unless the seller is aware of that.

Only a fool would pass up silver at less than melt IMO. I have taken the initiative and invested my time into gaining knowledge and I'm going to use it.

The guy knows me by name and knows it was my birthday. I told him what I could sell them for on ebay and the silver content. I asked him what he wanted for the lot. No tricks. No haggling. I paid him exactly what he asked.
