I picked up some nice place holders for my Morgan date set today. I hope to upgrade somewhere down the line, but for now I like will enjoy these two. The '92 has a lot of luster and nice even yellow toning that you can somewhat see in the photos. I find the '92 to be the most interesting, with a lower mintage than the other mints that year yet really not much of a price premium, even at higher grades.

Nice looking '92, although the '94-O is no slouch. After all, it is a Morgan.

As for the price differentials for mint state coins from all mints in '92, it's all about survival numbers. More mint state philly coins survived than New Orleans and CC's are just CC's. There's always a premium. It has been written that no mint bags of '92-S survived. They all went into circulation or were melted under the Pittman Act.
