The first one appears to have verdigris. I would do an extended soak in acetone.
I would put it in the AU range and worth about $12 USD
Second one F15 or so... Value about $3 USD

Yes, I would soak that 1883 in acetone and distilled water too. I may use Verdi-care if that didn't work. I could see how a nickel could get verdigris due to the copper content.
