I found this coin one side has standing liberty on is the other is an eagle with the liberty bell. it has 200 years of liberty on it. I know this is for the bicentennial but was wondering if any one know if it is a us mint or private coin who released it.

Its a privately minted copper piece, probably an ounce(Appears copper atleast)
