I love the symbolism, though I am not sure I get the point exactly. Can anyone clue me in? How collectible are these things? Are the mintage figures to be trusted? How many years have these been out? nalaberong Pillar of the Community Canada 2805 Posts	Posted 05/08/2013 12:27 am I'm a bit of a typography geek, so I just don't like the fonts - "handwritten" fonts never look right to me, because a font meant to copy a format where every character is subtly different (normal writing) will have to cheat and copy the same letter every time. The result is an unpalatable mix of irregularity (the bouncy, scratchy "handwriting" style of the letters) and regularity (the repetition of identical letters). Most big national mints understand this and use plain fonts (like what you're reading right now), but for some reason the private mints can't resist using silly fonts. Report this Post to the Staff
