Got a little carried away today at my LCS and enjoyed every minute of it. Scored 9 Morgans 78s,80,81s,84o,85,86,96,1900,1902 and 3 Peace 24,25,26s all uncirculated   |

That 1885 speaks to me. I don't know what it is (OK, yes, I do) but if the Peace dollars have the same strengths, I'm not sure if I care what you paid. And that's a '98-S, not a '78, right? It I'm just seeing an odd way of writing and it's a '78, I'd sure like to see detail images of that one. |

I paid $35 ea for the Peace dollars and $40 for the Morgans except I paid $55 for the 1878s  Edited by Ron_CA

Thanks Guys I wish I could have bought them for less, but $40 was the lowest he would go on the Morgans. I kind of think I paid a little too much for the 78s too. Dave, thanks for the vote of confidence and your right, I don't post all my bad purchases  |

I'd say the prices were pretty good. Can't get an uncirculated Morgan from my local dealer for less than $50.

Nice silver dollars. I'm a big fan of Morgan and Peace dollars, and those prices don't seem to be that high considering the conditions they're in. |

Morgans are hot right now around the Midwest.....They seem to have resisted the drop in silver prices.....Nice Coins !!
