Great looking Morgan . I'm thinking of a MS64 slab.

I think it's in an NGC MS65 slab.

I'm calling it 64 but wouldn't be surprised if BH1964 is right.

MS 63, a lot of little nicks on the obverse, and the hair has some wear

I think they called it MS-64.

This is a 63 candidate IMO, due to some nicks and the wear above the ear on the hairline of Lady Liberty. It could possibly go 64, especially if it was encapsulated by ICG. I say you have one beautiful Morgan dollar there!

Very nice! I like her as a 64. I'm not seeing PL, but if it is it could be the photos if it is. I'm curious to know what people are seeing as wear in the hair? I see some bag marks but there's no wear anywhere on this coin. Wear would indicate circulation (to me at least), which this coin obviously has not seen. The slight, slight lack of detail in the hair to me would be concidered a slight weak strike, but I actually think this one was struck pretty nicely, the slightest flat over the ear but overall very nice! Is there such a thing as "bag wear"? That would be a new term for me if there is?

Thought this one was pretty strong for the grade

Looks very strong for 63. Is the luster dull and lifeless?
