Can anyone tell me what this would grade? or is it the 1936 matte proof one?

Tough to tell the grade, photos should be straight on with no angle to the coin, this one looks like it may have been polished or buffed to get the high sheen look. Though that could be the photo lighting - Proof coins would have much stronger rims and strike IMO.

- take head on shots of both the obverse and reverse and others will chime in with proper observations as a result
