Not easy to find is an understatement - nice coin! Pity the H isn't there but most of the name is in good shape.

This is a variety of some Hostilian coins without H.....

The London Cockney and some French dialects drop their 'H's in speech.

Therefore, a London or French Mint ?

Scarce piece, and good for the portrait gallery.

The mint is ANTIOCH,,,Only there are coins of ROMA &ANTIOCH
