Who Needs Rolls? - Coin Community Forum

bradsbrewer Valued Member United States 89 Posts	Posted 05/13/2013 11:47 pm I search rolls pretty consistently, but I have honestly had better luck over the past week or two looking through the till at my local Speedway gas station. They have the automatic coin dispensers which hold a few hundred coins. I know all the workers in there, and they will always let me look through their coins (all are showing a side view, perfect for spotting silver!). I've found 3 or 4 over the last few weeks, but the last 24 hours has been GREAT! Yesterday I went by after lunch and they had 5 silver Roosevelt dimes that I bought for face value! Then I went back in this afternoon and to my surprise, there were 3 more silver Roosevelt dimes in the same till! I haven't gotten a chance to check the other till the past week because they've had that register closed each time I went in... luckily all the employees keep an eye out for me! bradsbrewer Valued Member United States 89 Posts	Posted 05/14/2013 3:21 pm Stopped by again today (literally 1/4 mile from my house and directly between my house and work) to get a drink and low and behold, there was a 1959 Roosevelt dime! So a 36 hr total of 9 Silver Roosevelt dimes from one gas station! I like it! Report this Post to the Staff
