Hi there,

Has anybody seen anything like this for this year? Is it rare? Any estimate on value?

You need to be more specific regarding what you are asking about, I just see three blurry pictures of a quarter with environmental damage

Hazarding a guess at what he wants us to notice: Do the feet of the E and L look a bit fat?

Yes,
The E PLUR have fat bottoms on the reverse and the front has what I believe to be a clad error. There is also a tiny die clash on the obverse, but I don't think it is visible with the limited technology that I currently have.

As far as scratches and general condition, the reverse is almost perfect and the obverse, aside from that die clash and a few bag marks, looks untouched. The reeding is almost flawless, save for one portion of about 10 or so.

The E and L look interesting but I can't tell from the pics why they are thick along the bottom. The 3 in the last pics suggests Machine Doubling as opposed to a doubled die.
