Not sure what it is but I recently passed on up for a couple of quid which was labelled with 5 dots in the UK. I think its a gaming piece.

It appears to be made of lead? At 70 grams, I'm thinking it's way too heavy for anything monetary or numismatic. It could be a weight of some kind (with "3" being the number of weights being measured) but I'm thinking more along the lines of "roof tile" or "old plumbing fixture".

I think that's just about possible - though with artifacts so crude it's difficult to be certain. I recall quite an interesting one with a dolphin motiff sold on ebay UK for £3.00 a while ago - which was probably a bargin.
