Picked up another nice group of Peace and Morgan dollars including a 1921 Peace and my 1st Carson City

Got 2 Peace dollars and 8 Morgans, here are a few.

All '21's are high relief, yes.

Too bad somebody (from the look of it at least, could always be the photos) cleaned it.

I have no idea how you could tell from my crummy pics if it has been cleaned? It has mucho luster and doesn't look cleaned to me but the pics do look a little flat and dull.

Yes all 1 mil + 1921's were high relief, minted into Jan. 1922. The mint found that the design did not lend itself to high relief. Minting problems and many broken dies later production was suspended, the design was changed to low relief. When production was started again, it was mid Feb. and the new coins were dated 1922

Doesn't look cleaned to me. If anything, it may have been dipped, but doesn't look it.

I didn't say it was harshly cleaned, I just said it's been cleaned. One way or another... I doubt that it has original surfaces, that's all.

I think the '78-CC is a problem coin too.

The 78 CC has issues but I knew that when I bought it so it is all good
