Only TPG listed in the title and not a specific company, they did grade quite differently for a time in their infancies. thought it looked more ANACS white. than NGC white (okay now that's taking coin geekness to a whole other level. That one half sure looks nice only thing that may hold it back is the discoloration spots at 8:00-9:00 obverse and area at 1:00 on reverse, and that it's not a super strong strike, note the lack of thumb depth on liberty and the not so struck up feathers on the eagle's breast and neck area.
