Many of the post World War II Spanish coins have a fixed date with the actual year shown in a little star.

How should these coins be graded ?

I've noticed that the actual year is very often more worn than the rest of the coin or perhaps just weakly struck.

Does one grade the coin ignoring the digits within in the star or does one grade the digits within the star or indicate both ?

Perhaps there's a Spanish collector who can tell me what the standard is, please ?
