It's an ancient Greek coin, or it's supposed to be one, anyway. The design is that used on silver coins from the city of Ainos, now known as Enez and situated in what is now European Turkey, right on the border with Greece. You can see a lot of coins with very similar designs to yours on the page for this city on Wildwinds.
Unfortunately, I'm seeing some signs that this coin might be fake. The large crack running above and through the goat, for example; such cracks are typically seen on cast fakes. And if you compare your coin to the ones with similar design on Wildwinds, genuine examples of this type tend to have very high relief; it could just be your picture, but the obverse portrait on yours looks very flay by comparison.

Don't say "infinitely" when you mean "very"; otherwise, you'll have no word left when you want to talk about something really infinite. - C. S. Lewis
