I just found these two error coins. I was wondering if anyone could give some info and educate me more. The 10 cent piece has a thicker rim on one end then the other. I am trying to learn more and more. My mind is like a sponge that craves knowledge. Thank you to all who have helped me this far.

They both look like slightly mis-aligned die (MAD) strikes to me. If both sides were offset in the same direction, they would be slightly off center strikes. I am still learning, but this should be correct. I pro will come along soon to confirm or correct me.

This looks like die attrition on the nickel. A collectable The die was miss aligned for a time and removed part of the die. Nice find.

Hopefully the coin image isn't just showing damage?

Thank you coop and jay. And I do not believe it is coin damage. It is flat and narrow on the obverse. I actually have three like the five cent piece. I appreciate your input and responses it means a lot to me. Any ideas on the dime? I am still learning.
