1995-D Mad And 1993 Railroad Rim Penny?

Found these in a couple of penny rolls last night. The first is a MAD penny that has no rim (upper left). The second is here more for help on classification, but based on other posts, I think it's a slight case of railroad rim.

95-D is a MAD but not off enough to keep. The 93 is not a rail road rim,i think it's a MAD with rim finning?

Thanks for the clarification. Seems the hardest part of this is learning the examples and when they "are enough" to keep. But, as I keep looking I seem to be "seeing" more.

The rail road rim is noticed on the edge of the coin, not on the rim. Both are MAD coins.

These are caused by a partial collar during the strike.
