If it's definitely dairy milk, a soak in warm water with a little washing up liquid will dissolve it.

If it doesn't dissolve, brush very lightly with an old soft toothbrush.

First of all, avoid the temptation of drinking your milk around your silver bullion coins.

So called "milk spots" on silver bullion coins are the result of a reaction with a chemical used in the annealing process (borax, I think).

I have had good results by gentle wiping with "Connoisseurs Silver Wipes" (available at Walmart). Be very gentle to minimize affecting the coin surface.

Good luck!
