A 1988 doubled ear exists but I don't think that's the one.
Go to coppercoins.com and you can confirm most errors on the site.

Looks like a normal coin to me. What are you seeing that we are missing? (Always best to rotate the image to normal alignment before taking images. The eye/brain grasp better as what we are looking at.)
