A SG test would give you the silver content of the coin, so you can be sure it's OK. But according to what I see and what you tell me, everything looks OK to me. The marks on the pillar side are adjustment marks : some silver was removed when the coin was made as it was too heavy.
The color is very flat grey, but that could be for a variety of reasons. I think I see metal stress/flow lines above the date. That is a good sign. I vote real.
The coin is no problem to me. See a similar one of mine. 27.02 grams, 39.8mm. Also have two stops in opposite sides. When my coin is hit with hard object, it does not produce a relatively long-lasting pitch of sound as other 90%Ag coins. There are also adjustment marks on both sides of my coin.
