It could be anywhere from PF67 to PF70. It would be impossible to tell from the naked eye.

Its an Ike so definitely not a 70. 68 or 69 probably and I'm leaning towards 68

Now that's a DCAM.  I would not attempt to accurately grade this coin without images larger than my screen resolution. It's a tremendous compliment to the Mint's capabilities of that era, though.

Is that scratch on the right on the holder or coin? That is a pretty good looking 65 but I will say its not quite as good look as the first pic. They do seem to be stingy with ikes though

Not sure about the "scratch", the first image is from PCGS, the second is from the seller.. It should be by here next weekend.
