I can understand gold bean (above grade), green been (A or B coins), but how do we know about an attempted (but rightfully refused) CAC bean on a sgs/nnc ms70 1795 dime?

CAC only reviews PCGS and NGC certified coins. If a coin is rejected by CAC there is no way of tracking it.
I can tell you that a 1795 Dime in SGS/NNC MS70 would be a scam. No 1795 U.S. dime exists and no coin minted in the 18th century would ever grade 70 or 69 for that matter.
As an attorney, I wondered how they would rid themselves of people arguing that somehow, CAC "defamed" their coin. I dont know who's laws governs etc., but it was something I thought about.
