I saw someone on Craigslist with an EMPTY 1909-1958 Whitman cent folder set at 200 bucks the other day.  |

My wife thinks I'm crazy for paying $100 for a (1909S) penny... If I could have talked the guy down on the empty Whitman folder, I probably would have gotten better bang for the buck.

No, they are well circulated the best I can tell, from the picture, they would probably only grade Good-Fine, with maybe a very few Very Fine.
