Hi All,

I read in many posts here on the forum how some like to collect certain coins and certain date ranges.

Well I am now on my first affordable pursuit and for me its the 1946 - 1964 Roosevelt dimes in proof condition. This started because I won this particular one in an auction on e-bay and when I got it I just completely was drawn to it.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/1960-P-Gem-...p=true&rt=nc

I have currently have the 1960, 1963 and 1964. And I'm in the process of getting the 1961 and 1959. It won't be a quick completion for the set due to funds BUT if I did get it all fast it would spoil the enjoyment of receiving them and the excitement of completing it.

Your dime is great looking and has a cameo look too. Proof Roosevelt dimes started in 1950 so a silver set is then to 1964. You may also want to expand it and get the silver Roosevelt's from 1992 to date.

@ Muddler, LOL that was my thought as well. Since I love the silver in the roosies I would need the S mint mark it seems and these have the DCAM proof strikes as well. I will update this thread as I progress.

@ Solotime, Yes he is one of 3 ebay sellers I like to do business with. I never had any problems with his coins ever.

Beautiful dine - congrats on the buy, and enjoy the chase. I agree with Muddler about getting the silvers from 92 to date also.
