Anyone know where the beige PCGS holders with an eagle holding a scroll are coming from? I can't find them online but they are on ebay... Are they fakes?

If its the one I'm thinking of its the special label PCGS is giving out for people who choose the first strike submission.

Well, just checked the status of the two orders I made for three sets total, and now they both say shipping on 9/17. Bleah!

I wonder what the logjam in getting them shipped was about? I got my sets yesterday. I finally got my order through around noon on the first day.
Nice coins, but I wouldn't say I'm thrilled to death.

New Email. Now my order ships 8/9. At least it was only a day difference this time.

Quote: Could have ordered at. 9:03 AM if you live in California Yup...and "finally got my order in" would have been 3 minutes after the start... ...and I would risk a guess that "big apple bunky" is not located on the west coast....wild guess...NY

My order still has a 17th of Sept. ship date but I can wait. I have no interest in getting my set graded.
I can remember the days of getting the US Mint cataloge in the post, sending away a check, waiting for the check to clear and the coin set to arrive.
Even back then, I can recall how some dealers at coins shows sometimes already had the set that I ordered for sale at shows while I was still waiting for my set to arrive.

Sorry if this has already been posted but I just placed and order for a second set to be shipped tomorrow directly from the Philadelphia mint gift shop. The phone number is: 215 408 0203 and they confirmed they had multiple sets.

Not sure how they are still selling these after the cut off date but I'm thinking all the cancellations may have something to do with it. The cost is still $139.99 and they charge $9.99 for shipping.

I got my 2 sets today, order 1st day, 1:07p. Both are very nice, the one set a tad better then the other. Could be a 69 and 70, I think these really look good! Very high quality I think. I'll compare them against the two 70 sets I have coming and maybe send in my first coins for grading!!
