MS63 from me too, as Dave700x said only breaks in luster - not too bad in bagmarks. This example has pretty good luster so a solid MS63 to me as well.

Pretty decent 63, and looks to be a early state of the VAM-5 series. Probably a touch over a $200 coin in a slab.

I will go with MS-63+. The obverse looks 64. Most of the imperfections look like luster grazes. The reverse looks a little marked up for a morgan which usually have much nicer reverses than the obverse. That was why I went with the + instead of the next grade though I wouldn't be surprised if a TPG grades it a 64.
