I have not seen this die crack before. But I do have a number of pennies from the 40's with die cracks.

The mark between 1 and 9 looks like a die clash and the mark below the 1 looks like a die crack.

im not sure there is a lot of die cracks ,and clashes in nearly all years.. this one exactly I'm  not sure I have seen the 1964 one cent I believe has letter c attached to a....

Yes, the common die crack that occured during those years.

Yes it is commom die crack.... I believe bend was asking about the 1 being attached to the 9 that could be a clash but I'm not sure
