Nice struck through on that 1980 1-cent. The denticles are present, so it is not a pressure test or set-up strike....

love the 1980 thats a hard one to find,is that consider one that got away from being in the trash?

the 83 LMC looks like a die cip in the top loop of the 8 and gas bubbles causing the raised parts of the plating.
