i found this today 9 looks like grease filled not sure

Between the stems...it looks like a gas bubble under the plating. It could be a chip but hard to tell with the pic. As for the arrow pointing to the end of the 9. Not exactly sure what your pointing to as the pic is a bit out of focus. If your pointing to the tip of the end of the 9...it could be the result of a strike through but more then likely it is just from wear from circulation. Not sure.

thanks I believe the 9 is grease filled,between the stems I'm not sure its kind shaped like a die chip
