I think it's a triple S but I'm not sure. I've looked at it too long...

Looks like it took a hit to the top of the mint mark. The upper loop looks interesting. But I don't seen any listings for a RPM like that. So I'm unsure what it is/was?

The top of the "S" took a hit as coop said.That is why it is sporting a flat top. I do think it is a RPM just not a triple MM. What you are seeing above the "S" is what's left of the original top before it got hacked.
