It is hard to see with your small cropped pictures but it appears to be either damage(devices flattened from blunt impact) or a Very Late Die State(die wear).

to the forum! It is going to be hard to tell with the pictures provided. If you can post them on a larger format we will be able to help you better. I kind of see some type of doubling or at least thicker than normal devices but as Biokemist said appears to be VLDS.
