Welcome! Many Trade dollar fakes are hard to spot. This is not one of them. Crude copy. Did this come from the same place as your 1799 dollar?

I am sorry to say it doesn't look close to the real thing.

Sorry for the bad news but I have to agree with the others. This is a rather crude copy and likely does not have any silver content.

Ok.. noted. I am not sure, so have to ask the experts here.

Is it because that it is dirty? Shld I clean them? if yes, how? Please advise.

In this case dirt doesn't matter; it is a counterfeit coin. A copy.

Regarding cleaning of coins in general, if there is organic matter you can safely soak the coin in acetone (may need to change the fluid a few times), but do not scrub, rub, or otherwise abrade the coin.

As you now know your example is not genuine. Here is an example of a certified coin for you to compare yours to.

Is it because they are dirty the experts can spot the fake coin?

should you clean them to make them look genuine?

If I may ask, what would the point of cleaning them be? You wont plan on trying to sell these to someone will you?
