The coin appears to be Byzantine, that has been struck over an earlier coin. The reverse is up side down. I'll see if I can get better info for you shortly.

Your coin is what is known as a Follis, and appears to be from the joint reign of Constantine VII & Romanus I 913-919/920-944. It is Sear # 1759.
