the '48 reverse is much stronger than the obv. Obverse VF20, Reverse VF35. Net VF25, I think the obverse drags this one down more than normal.

the '45...nice VF25 could hit VF30. the reverse is a little weak for a VF30 but on a good day at the TPG could get that.

Both of these coins are know for strong strikes and good planchets so I think TPG's would go on the lower side of the grade based on condition.
