Actually, the grading company is UNC. This seller seems to be doing quite well on these "graded" lots. He's probably be a powerseller if his feedback wasn't so low...
PCGS should be ashamed to put the prices they do on their "Collector's Universe" website. It's truly "criminal". I'd like to see where anyone ever paid that much for most any of the values they put on here. If you want to jack your prices up to sell to uneducated buyers, then this is the place to steer your customers. I got hosed by a guy selling coins using this website when I first started collecting and I hate to see others fall into the same trap.
If there is shame to be had, then it should be shared 50/50 with PCGS. How can anyone believe they are "Professionals" when they put this garbage (Coin Universe) on the internet?
Unfortunately when you are on the top you can pretty much set your own standards and assume everyone will follow. But that's what this forum is all about. to teach and educate new (and old) collectors and to safeguard them against making the same mistakes we all did when we started.
