Hello. The coin is 1853 half dollar. Can you help me with this overtone? This coin have many die cracks and clash(?) at shield. I know it is not damage, because few weeks ago I saw other coin with the same marks. I've searched internet, but without effects. Thanks for help.

Overton doesn't cover Seated halves; they're not known for a broad range of varieties, and this year has none defined. The die cracks you see are common, although yours is a particularly dramatic example. I see evidence of a rather flat strike in the obverse image, so you may be thinking 5 points low on the grade.

Overton doesn't cover Seated halves;

Seated Liberty half dollars were categorized by Randy Wiley and Bill Bugert through their extensive research into this coin series. The differentiated Major Design Types are listed as WBs (Wiley/Bugert) in their book The Complete Guide to Liberty Seated half dollars (1993).

This catalog lists the 1853 Seated Liberty half dollar as having only one Major Design Type: WB-101. There were six different die marriages with six different obverse and six different reverse dies.

This nice coin shows numerous dies cracks and, what looks like, a nice obverse die clash on the reverse shield.

I suspect a cleaning but I also see some wear on top of the small lack of details from the flat strike. From the pictures, I would grade this coin EF-40.

Observe the face, the hair, the hand and the cap on the pole. You will see these slightly differently-colored; that's a result of wear. They are, however, also noticeably flattened. You can see this also on the eagle's face.

These are among the highest points of the design, and if the strike is somewhat weak, they will not be fully-formed buy a bit flat. Being the high spots, they will also be the first to wear, so differentiating between the two can be iffy. It's my opinion that most of what is seen in these areas is due to a weak strike; I don't expect circulation wear to result in such perfectly flat surfaces.

In the case of this coin, I think that not talking strike into account might cause it to be graded 5 points lower than it might deserve.

Ok, thank you. So in your opinion how much is this coin worth? I can buy it for 100-110$. This will be good price? Thanks for fast answer.

Looks cleaned or polished. Just my 2 cents. I refrain from buying altered coins, personally. All depends, though...

Not a terrible price even for a cleaned example of that issue; it's yours to decide whether you find a non-original coin acceptable. And don't forget to whine about the price since it's cleaned, maybe it will get you somewhere.
