It looks like a very poor cast copy. If it is, it's value would be based on the metal it contains.

I'm almost possitive it's genuine, the detail is far to sharp inside the shield , it does have a heat damage where a mount has been removed and I think that's why it was worn very unevenly, but it has two wavy sections of color disorientation, bent and straightened? very smooth like it was polished also?

It is unlikely heat used to remove a mount would be anywhere near hot enough to melt the coin. There is a very slim chance that it is a genuine coin that has been severely damaged. No way to authenticate a piece like that from images though.

It should be 25mm in diameter and weight around 8.75g. If you can verify these figures you can determine if the piece is made of gold. From there you'd need an expert in-hand evaluation to determine what it really is. Good luck!

Sure doesn't look genuine to me.
Look at the different 8 shapes in the date..
